We are the largest manufacturer of Noodles, Wrappers and Fortune Cookies in the United States.  We currently occupy three separate facilities in the New York area, and are expanding to other cities and countries.

Our main office in Brooklyn occupies the same facility as our noodle factory with over 100,000 sq ft.  The factory houses our noodle machines lines, flour silos, refrigerated warehouse, a QC testing Lab, a R&D Lab, a machine shop, and our newest addition the bean sprout farm. 

The Fortune Cookie factory originally located in New York's Chinatown, is now located in 4500 sq ft space in Long Island City, New York.  This factory has expanded five times since 1984.  The main building contains the cookie line while a second building houses the flour silo and machine shop.
