For long-term success in today’s environment, we always strive to exceed customer expectations. A cross functional committee has been established to develop and continually improve our Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) based Safe Quality Food (SQF) food safety and quality management system to comply with present and potential customers, and the latest regulatory requirements. We also recognize that companywide commitment and involvement is the key to our success.

All of our products are Kosher. Noodles, Wrappers and Crispy Chow Mein Noodles are supervised by the OU, Fortune Cookies are supervised by KOF-K.

To ensure food safety, we have established a HACCP program that is in full compliance with the industry standards. Our company participates in the strictest of inspections, from both the US Government Agencies and our valued customers. We also maintain a top notch Quality Assurance Department that has been formally trained and hold HACCP certifications. We are regularly audited by our customers, and independent third party firms such as Silliker Labs & NSF consistently scoring a 'Superior' rating.
